Since it is an AT&T exclusive device, the update date will depend a lot on AT&T. However, AT&T has always been prominent with OS updates, so we can expect it to be, this time too!

Expected Date for Galaxy S8 Active Android Oreo update: January 2018 to March 2018. The dates may vary depending on AT&T’s schedule.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Android Oreo update

The Samsung Galaxy S7 is now an old phone. However, it still is one of the popular devices, and because of the Note 8 incident, a lot of Samsung fans bought this instead of the Galaxy Note 7. Therefore, we do expect Samsung to provide an Android Oreo update for the Galaxy S7 smartphone series. There is a good chance for it to get an update.
